Raiyah bint Hussein is the youngest daughter of King Hussein of Jordan and Queen Noor. She was born on February 9, 1986 in Amman, Jordan. Raiyah studied Japanese and pre-modern Japanese literature at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, and later pursued a master's degree in Japanese studies at Oxford University in England.
Raiyah is known for her interest in Japanese culture and history, and has visited Japan several times to further her studies and research. She is also passionate about promoting cross-cultural understanding and dialogue.
Despite being a member of the Jordanian royal family, Raiyah generally keeps a low profile and is not as well-known as some of her siblings. She is fluent in Arabic, English, and Japanese.
Raiyah is involved in various charitable and humanitarian causes, and has participated in several international conferences and events focused on education, youth empowerment, and sustainable development.
